2. THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A STRANGE QUESTION, BUT DOES YOUR SUGAR CONTAIN BONE CHAR? NO, absolutely not. Wet use BEET SUGAR, which is 100% vegan, as it is NEVER processed with bone char. We use NON-GMO Beet Sugar, from NOW Foods.
Some companies use bone char to bleach and process their sugar. We do NOT. We are a 100% VEGAN company, in every aspect. We do not use any animal-by products, in any of our products. 3. WHAT IS AGAR AGAR, WHICH YOU HAVE LISTED AS YOUR VEGETABLE GELATIN, IN YOUR INGREDIENTS? *Agar-agar (also known as Kanten) is a vegan gelatin that is derived from seaweed.
4. THE LIP SCRUBS and LIP BALM THAT YOU SELL WITH THE 1 OZ. JARS ARE JUST WHAT I NEED; HOWEVER, I NEED SOMEONE TO FILL MY JARS FOR ME. I KNOW THAT THEY ARE SHIPPED TO ME EMPTY. IS THERE ANYWAY THAT YOU CAN FILL MY JARS FOR ME? NO, unfortunately not. We are a very busy company, and on any given day, we may prepare in excess of 1,000 orders. Therefore, we don't have time to fill the jars and prepare the orders. That being a fact, we do not offer any filling services, even if you offer to pay us. With us being as busy as we are, we would never be able to get around to filling the jars. This is why we sell the products in the form of a kit -- so you can fill and label your own jars.
5. I NEED HELP PUTTING LABELS ON MY JARS, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE TIME. CAN I PAY YOUR COMPANY A FEE TO DO IT FOR ME? We regret to say no, but the answer is NO. As with the jars, unfortunately with our company being as busy as we are, we just don't have the time or manpower to hire out our services for labeling jars or filling jars. Our daily orders keep us very busy, so this is where we devote our time and energy.
6. I LIKE THE NAMES OF THE LIP SCRUB and LIP BALM FLAVORS THAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE-UP MY OWN LIP SCRUB NAMES, EVENTHOUGH I AM BUYING THE LIP SCRUBS FROM YOUR COMPANY. AM I ALLOWED TO RENAME THE LIP SCRUBS, TO BETTER SUIT MY BRAND? YES, of course! Your brand is YOUR BRAND. Therefore, you are advised to change the names of the Lip Scrub flavors. Doing this helps you to personalize your products, but it also keeps your customers from finding out that we make your Lip Scrubs. The truth is, if you copy the names of our Lip Scrub flavors, any of your customers can GOOGLE the names and then they will be led to our web boutique. Thus, changing the flavor names will maintain the anonymity of your vendor -- your vendor being US!
7. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We are a PayPal verified company. Thus, all purchases are made online via PayPal. PayPal accepts ALL major credit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders.
8. HOW IS MY INFO STORED, WHEN I PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD? Since we use PayPal to accept all payments, our company NEVER comes into contact with your credit or debit card. PayPal is the only one that receives your info, via their site-locked and encrypted website. They do NOT, under any circumstances, share your information with us. The only thing that we receive is notification of your payment -- in the form of a PayPal sales receipt.
9. IS THERE A MINIMUM THAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SPEND WITH US? There is NO MINIMUM purchase. Please shop in accordance with the needs of your customers and what you can comfortably afford.

All payments must be made at the time that you place your order. We take pride in offering excellent products at lower prices. Thus we do not offer purchases on terms. Wholesale Lip Scrubs Co. is a fully insured wholesale and private label company that provides products to be sold exclusively under the label or brand of our clients. As such, we carry our own liability coverage. However, since our insurance company cannot visit your facility and attest to your handling of the products when serving them to your own customers, our insurance policy only covers our handling of the products, and our safety in dispensing them in accordance with lawful handling, a safe workplace, etc. Thus, our customers must carry their own insurance for liability protection, worker's compensation, etc. Since you are an independent company, it is incumbent upon you to have your own insurance.
